1. Introduction

By creating an account or using ZetVerify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

ZetVerify provides a digital platform that enables users to:

• Perform identity verification (e.g., NIN, phone verification, face match)
• Verify business information (e.g., CAC records)
• Verify tax information (e.g., TIN status)
• Fund and use a wallet for transactions
• Access verification results and transaction history

ZetVerify acts as an intermediary platform and relies on third-party service providers for data verification.

3. Eligibility

To use ZetVerify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

You agree to:

• Obtain proper consent before verifying another individual’s data
• Not misuse the platform for fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
• Perform bulk verifications without authorization

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
